GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Reservations
You can book your reservation through our web page www.apartamentosalhambra.es or with a direct call to the Apartments. You will be asked for a credit card number (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Red, Maestro or Solo) in order to guarantee the reservation, confirmation of which will be sent next. Once the reservation has been received, your card will be charged for one night/apartment.
Should you wish to reserve by means of a bank transfer, please do so fifteen (15) days before your date of arrival, to the bank account shown below, indicating your full name and surname and arrival date, and please send us the receipt for the transfer by fax or email.

When reserving, we kindly request that our guests submit their name, surname, cell (or mobile) ‘phone no. and email address.
 The total payment for your stay must be done with a credit card or in cash (Euros), upon your arrival to the apartments. Any additional expense: parking, telephone, bar, etc., should be paid when leaving. Should you not check with the reception desk, these expenses will be charged to your credit card.
On special holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, bank holidays and local holidays) we ask you to pay for 100% of the reservation fifteen (15) days before your date of arrival.
Children under 3 years old, if sleeping in a crib (provided upon request) will not be charged.
Children under 12 years old, when sharing an Apartment with two adults: First child free of charge; second child, please check our rates.
Children over 12 years old/Adults sharing an apartment: please check our rates.
Special offers may not be accumulated or combined with other promotions, discounts or rates.
2. Minimum stay
As it is well known that a single night in Granada is not nearly enough, we will only apply the minimum stay (2 nights) during the high season and on Christmas, New Years’s Eve, Easter, bank holidays and local holidays (please check dates).
 3. Changing the date of reservation
Any modification of your reservation (date, number of nights, number of occupants or apartment category) will only be possible if there is availability. We therefore ask you to confirm the change before our arrival.

4. Cancellations
In this matter, we try to be flexible. All reservations must be accompanied with a down payment for one night per apartment, as specified in the Reservations section. However, our policy for cancellations is as follows:

Cancellations outside the time limit and/or early check out will be dealt with in the same manner as specified in the previous paragraph. If the client does not show up, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.


 5. Deposit
We only ask for one night payment in advance per apartment as a deposit when making the reservation (except on SPECIAL DATES, when we charge 100% of the stay), and we request that the clients sign on the check-in form, as a guarantee against possible damage or loss of keys, authorizing us to charge to their credit card for any damage caused by them to the contents or structure of the apartment, as well as any other expense incurred during their stay.
It is taken for granted that the apartment is rented in good condition and fully equipped, according to its inventory (available at the Reception), and with everything is good working order. If anything is missing or faulty and this is not reported within 24 hours from the date of arrival, the client is deemed to be liable for it, and Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra reserve the right to charge it to his/her credit card.
Should you find anything missing, please get in touch with the Reception. And if anything breaks or is not working properly, do notify us as soon as possible so that we can solve it.
Clients are responsible for the condition of their apartment (contents, walls, appliances, etc). If anything gets broken or spoiled, Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra reserve the right to charge its cost to your credit card and/or ask you to pay for it in cash.
Each apartment has a personalized inventory, with the costs of the articles, kept at the Reception.
6. Indications for your arrival and departure
It is our wish that our clients feel at home, with all the independence this means. We are not a hotel, but wish to offer you the services of one. Please, let us know when you will be arriving to our Apartments, so that there is always someone there, ready to welcome you.

7. Keys
A key chain with one key to the apartment will be given to you upon arrival. This key also opens the main door. Should you lose this, you will be charged 50 Euros to replace the set.

8. Cleaning
Daily cleaning services are offered, as well as a change of bed linen every three days and of towels whenever you request it, although we remind you that we are trying to be environment-friendly, and ask you not to go for a daily change.
We kindly request you to treat bedspreads, blankets, sheets and towels as if they were your own, Please, do not use towels to remove your make-up, or clean your shoes, and avoid difficult to remove stains. 
The bed linen, thick towels and toilet items (hand soap, bath gel, shampoo, body lotion and shower cap) are included in the apartment. The apartment will be cleaned before each client’s arrival and daily during their stay.
9. Smoking
Every one of the apartments and the reception room are non-smoking areas. Smoking is only allowed in the central patio, galleries and terraces.
Please, refrain from smoking in the apartment and do not dispose of the butts in the W.C. or in the flower pots: please, use the ashtrays available to that purpose.
10. Responsability
From 22:00  to 10:00, and every day of the week,  we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum, in order to respect the rest of the other guests and neighbours: this is also applicable to ‘siesta time’.
Any party or activity that goes against the rules of normal coexistence, hygiene or public order, or disturbs the rest of other guests,  is forbidden.
Should any clients behave in an irresponsible manner, Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra reserve the right to ask them and their guests to leave the apartment without any right to compensation or return; we may also call the Authorities, if necessary.
Neither  the owner, or Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra are liable for any damage that may be caused by the use of the apartment. This includes damages, losses, thefts, natural disasters, vandalism, fires and any other event that may take place inside it, without limitation.
Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra are not liable for lost or forgotten personal objects  in the apartment; we, therefore, suggest that you deposit any valuables in the safety box located at the Reception, upon signing a receipt.
Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra will not be liable for any lost or forgotten object left in the apartment after he client has departed.
We remind you that it is absolutely forbidden to store or use dangerous and/or forbidden substances in the apartments.
Should a case of force majeure or any other circumstance prevent the occupation of an apartment,  Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra reserve the right to change the apartment booked by a client for another, of the same or higher category.
11. Clients’ liability regarding their companions.
The person signing the reservation is liable for the behaviour and  acts of those in his company. Therefore, Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra reserve de right to charge to the signatory’s credit card anything that does not comply with the rules of the apartments (General Conditions) and entails a monetary penalty.
We also reserve the right to carry out any other necessary action to request liability for any non-compliance of the above mentioned rules.
12. Animals
Pets and animals are not allowed in the apartments or in the common areas, with the    exception of guide-dogs accompanying their owners.  We can, however, help you to find accommodation for your pet.
13. Modifications
Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra reserve the right to change any information published in their web page at any time, including rates, descriptions and photographs, and the clients should make sure that they keep up to date with this possible changes. Clients give their consent for their data to be added to the computer files of Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra, to enable them to receive information about services, offers and other actios on the part of Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra or associated companies.  Clients accept that these data may be ceded to companies belonging to Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra to be used as specified above.
Clients may exercise their right to accede, cancel or refuse personal data use by means of a written notification and a photocopy of their Personal Identity Document (DNI) or any other document accrediting their identity to info@apartamentosalhambra.es
Reservations, being of daily and seasonal characteristics, are excluded from the application of the current urban rental law; Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra is not empowered to grant that kind of rentals.
14. Client agreement
The client declares to be aware and to accept these General Conditions and this acceptance is to be ratified by means of any of the following:  acceptance of he services and estimate sent by email, when the reservation was carried out on line; reception o the acceptance message sent to him; completion of the express Check in form and payment for the services in the contract.

LEGAL NOTICE
In compliance with Title II of the Law of Services in the Society of Information and Elecronic Commerce (LSS), Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra is herewith adding the Mercantile advertisement as required: This web site is the property of Mr Emilio Gómez-Villalva Ballesteros, an individual with Fiscal Identity No. 23641322J and with registered office at C/Limón de San Juan, 4, 18010 Granada
The use of this site is governed by the Spanish legal code and by these  general conditions” (hereinafter,  “General Conditions or Conditions). Any dispute derived from the interpetation, execution and/or use of this web site will be ruled by the Courts of Granada.

Copy and Patent Rights
All contents, texts, logos, brands, audio clips or video images are subject to and protected by the Copy and Patent Rights in favour of Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra. Under no circumstances does access to the web pages imply any type of relinquishment, transmission or cession, be it total or partial, of the aforementioned rights , nor does it grant any right of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication about the  patent rights of its contents or assets, without the prior and express authorization specifically granted by Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra to this effect , with the exception of viewing and copying for the exclusive use of the user, and these always shall be done  in accordance to the principles of good faith and the applicable legislation.

PRIVACY POLICY

Apartamentos Turísticos Alhambra guarantee the protection and confidenciality of the data given to us by our clients. These data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on personal data protection, as well as under the terms of article 12.1 of Organic Law 1/1992, on the protection of citizen’s security.  Personal data entrusted to us by our clients will be treated with complete confidentiality and in no case will they be ceded to third parties with commercial ends, not will they be used outside the contracted service.

Any information collected will only be used for the reservation purposes, and in accordance with the current legal provisions when checking clients in, to notify the status of the reservation or to ask for any comments about their stay. Clients that have stayed with us previously may be contacted for promotional purposes after their departure.
Clients are responsible for reading, understanding and accepting the general conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Conditions”), when booking their reservation. Clients may exercise the rights to access, oppose, rectify and cancel as foreseen by the mentioned Law, by means of a written notification and a photocopy of their passport or another identification document, sent to info@apartamentosalhambra.es
